Overview
Our project aimed to develop an MVP Pharmacy Prescription Management System, equipped with a range of features to streamline prescription submission, enhance communication, and improve patient care. With a focus on accessibility, security, and efficiency, our platform aimed to revolutionize the pharmacy experience for both customers and staff.
Challenges
Pharmacies faced numerous challenges in managing prescription submissions efficiently and ensuring timely responses to customer requests. Existing systems often lacked robust notification systems and communication channels, leading to delays and privacy concerns. Additionally, integrating such a platform seamlessly into existing pharmacy websites while maintaining brand consistency posed a significant technical challenge.
Solution
We devised a solution comprising a web platform for prescription submission, a notification system, and a patient profile management feature. Furthermore, the integration of a user-friendly web-enabled admin dashboard ensured seamless adoption and efficient management of prescription workflows for pharmacy staff.

Outcome & Impact
The implementation of our Pharmacy Prescription Management System resulted in significant improvements in prescription management efficiency and patient care, prompt responses to customer requests, and enhanced communication with patients. The availability of detailed patient profiles enabled personalized service and improved medication management. Overall, our platform empowered pharmacies to deliver better customer experiences while optimizing internal workflows.
