Overview
In this project, we crafted a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) tailored for HR departments to revamp their candidate management process. Our goal was simple: create a platform where HR teams could seamlessly add candidates, schedule role-play interviews, record sessions, and then evaluate candidate performances. This MVP aimed to inject some fun into the recruitment process while still providing valuable insights into candidates’ abilities.
Challenges
Our client came to us facing a common HR headache: they needed a better way to assess candidates. Traditional methods felt stale and didn’t always capture the full picture of a candidate's skills. They wanted a solution that could shake things up a bit, introducing gamification elements into the interview process while maintaining professionalism.
Solution
To tackle these challenges, we teamed up with our client to build a robust software solution. We took an agile approach, collaborating closely and iterating on the MVP based on real-time feedback. By working hand-in-hand, we ensured the solution met their needs and aligned with their goals. Our co-development process allowed for flexibility, ensuring we could pivot quickly as needs evolved.

Role-Play Interview Scheduler: A feature was implemented to allow HR teams to schedule role-play interviews with candidates directly within the platform.
Session Recording Capability & Video Storage: The platform enabled the recording of interview sessions and a secure storage system for later review and evaluation, ensuring accessibility and privacy for HR professionals.
Performance Evaluation Tools: Tools were integrated to evaluate candidate performances, providing HR professionals with valuable insights into candidates' abilities.
Gamification Elements: The solution incorporated gamification elements into the interview process.
Integration with Automatic Email Sending: Integrated with an automated email system to send notifications, updates, and reminders to candidates, improving communication and engagement.
Outcome & Impact
The result? Our collaborative effort led to the successful onboarding of initial clients. By incorporating role-play interviews and performance evaluations, our MVP provided HR professionals with valuable insights into candidates’ capabilities, facilitating smoother recruitment processes.
